I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Micro Focus in Mar 2020
Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter, then the immediate supervisor, then the next level supervisor. Was scheduled to chat with a third level supervisor as well, but was offered the job prior to that discussion.

Question 1
The initial interviews with the recruiter and direct supervisor were role-focused, but the subsequent interviews with higher-level management were relatively informal. Personality and attitude matters...this is a friendly and elite team. There are no slackers, everyone contributes (heavily). Yet, they are some of the kindest and most supportive colleagues I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Truly top notch!
