I completed a chatbot interview, which was a terrible experience. Their preparation materials wouldn't load, and video chatting a chatbot with my screen shared felt dehumanizing. The questions weren't relevant to the job posting. They asked for a psychology PhD but the questions made it seem like they were actually seeking a clinical psychologist. Now I need to create an account to move forward but I can't because their website is under construction. Overall a buggy and dehumanizing experience.
