I applied like any other attorney role and was asked to do a virtual interview. I have already prepared a cover letter and tailored my resume for the role, which seems like more than sufficient effort on my part. I'm not sure what else I need to do to talk to a real person. I'm not investing even more of my own time and effort with their automated processes just to get ghosted by their computer system.
