Absolutely disappointing. Candidates are treated in a highly impersonal and dehumanizing way. The entire interview is conducted by an AI agent called Zara, which appears to have only a superficial understanding of the role and relies on scripted questions rather than meaningful evaluation. You may be asked to recall a university formula you learned many years ago, and failing to answer that one specific question can lead to an automatic rejection—regardless of your actual experience or qualifications. The whole process gave me the impression that the company is more interested in training its AI interviewer than genuinely identifying qualified talent for the position. Even the rejection and feedback are generated by the same AI, yet applicants are made to wait 48 hours, seemingly to create the illusion that a real person reviewed the interview.
