Interview
Micro1's interview process begins with an AI screening, which feels more like a data grab than a legitimate assessment. This raises serious privacy concerns, especially given their lack of a clearly defined privacy policy. It's unsettling to think that my personal information is being used to train their AI without any clear understanding of how it will be used or protected.
The AI screening feels like a robotic hurdle designed to weed out candidates, not truly understand their skills and potential. It's a dehumanizing experience that leaves you wondering if they even care about the human element in the hiring process. This approach lacks the personal touch and human insight that are essential for a truly effective assessment.
It's obvious this AI screening is primarily for their own system training, not for truly evaluating candidates. I feel like I'm being treated as a data point, not an individual. Other companies have found more effective ways to incorporate technology into their hiring processes without sacrificing human interaction and respect for candidates' privacy.
Micro1 would be better served by focusing on a more human-centric interview process. Instead of relying solely on AI, they should consider incorporating more traditional methods that allow for authentic connection and assessment of candidates' skills and personalities. This would create a more positive and respectful experience for everyone involved.
Anyone concerned about privacy and a truly human-centered hiring process should think twice about applying to Micro1. Share your own experiences and let others know about this concerning trend in the hiring process.
