I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micro1 in Oct 2024
Interview
-Talked with an AI who lacked any sense of human warmth or empathy.
-All the questions were ChatGPT generated. Didn't even had the decency to write down the questions themselves.
-Too many (around 30 or more) poorly designed questions. They were ambiguous, very open endeded and difficult considering what they were asking in the requirements of experience in the role. (This shows that the recruitment person in charge of the position does not know what the key aspects of the role are).
-The test requires to record your screen (Invasion to privacy).
-Didn't receive any feedback, with all the "fancy" tools that they use they somehow haven't figured out how to provide a simple feedback. Ironic!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"In IT recruitment, how do you ensure that a candidate’s technical skills and experience align not only with the job requirements but also with the potential challenges of future projects within the company?"
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micro1
Interview
Entirely conducted by AI, if you have a second monitor you have to unplug it, camera and mic on. Talking to the AI was extremely unpleasant and I wish I had communicated with a person instead.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very inadequate, formal, questions formulated by an AI that could not have been answered naturally.
I applied online. I interviewed at Micro1 in Mar 2025
Interview
I applied for the position then I received an email for the AI interview. It was completely an AI interview with lack of human communication. It has a lot of bugs as the questions were been repeated several times and I had to answer the same question more than once to be submitted, in the tutorial it was mentioned that I can ask for clarification if I didn't get the question but when I did, I didn't get any clarification and the AI didn't understand what I was saying. Overall it was not a good interview experience
