Interview
If you're employed already, It's a waste of time. It's awful and all through AI, which sometimes you do a pause to speak and the AI compute your answer incomplete (Yeah, we are humans and we need to think while we speak, especially in an interview).
After that you're presented a challenge, that was supposed to be ok, but they require your code to be in a certain Big O notation, then I literally closed the browser, because this company is not FAANG, and at that step you don't even know about the wage range and more details of the process. For me it was a complete Red flag about the company. Then I realised that I waste time and went back working.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
React questions (Most are easy). Reconciliation, Context and basic stuff
NodeJs questions (Most are fine, some requires more knowledge) like how event loop works behind the scenes.
Coding question It was about magnitudes. Once they asked that the result should be in some O(n) then I realised that was a waste of time and closed the browser.

AI interview. Interview process requires you to continue speaking even while thinking when giving your answer. Process immediately moves to a practical exam, which is simultaneously very easy and does not give you some of the answers that an experienced engineer would actually give for the question.

Question 1
How would you solve certain multithreading or multi-process problems in Python?

Interview
I had a positive experience throughout the interview process. The conversation felt natural, and the questions were relevant to my experience, making it easy to demonstrate my knowledge and discuss real-world supply chain scenarios.
What stood out most was the AI-driven interview format. Instead of feeling like a scripted questionnaire, it was interactive and engaging, offering a modern alternative to traditional screening calls while saving time for both candidates and recruiters.
There was a brief technical hiccup during one of the transitions that required a page refresh before I could continue. Addressing these occasional performance issues and improving loading responsiveness would make an already strong experience even better.
Overall, I found the process innovative and memorable. It's refreshing to see a company embrace conversational AI in a way that enhances the candidate experience rather than making it feel impersonal.

So the questions differ per role. There isn't one question particular. Just be familiar with the basics and some advanced concepts in your chosen skill and you'll be alright.
AI Interview. Not a fan of these automated review processes. It was novel and the feedback feature was interesting but I would ultimately prefer speaking with a person as interviews are vital for assessing the person as much as the skills.
