Interviewed with about 3 different team members and all conversations were very casual just talking about background. Not overly complicated. It did take a long time to hear back on a decision with little communication.

Interview
Able to meet several senior members of the team. They had great energy and lengthy tenure which made me more confident in the position- didn't have the churn and burn vibe that a lot of sales orgs do.
Recruiter said they went with a male candidate because he was more aggressive than me...which honestly sounded overtly sexist...
