It was a detailed process with over 8 stages. What I felt total lack of transparency (as I candidate I spent weeks on this process and deserve a fitting reason). Felt the denial reason was silly - "visual design skills weren't up-to the mark" for a 'Director' level role - when the problem statement for the design challenge clearly mentioned that only, 'problem solving skills will be accessed and not design skills, even a paper prototype is fine'.
