      Anonymous employee
      Warsaw, Masovia
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MicroStrategy (Warsaw, Masovia)

      Interview

Not very formalized, competency check complicated, but not difficult, old fashioned company, too many levels of management which means many interviews, not really influencing the final decision. HR team overloaded with work, not well prepared interview process
