Interview
I went through over 5 interviews, each of 1 hour. I had to make a presentation about my profile and my understanding of the job description. I spent over 2 weeks preparing, reading and refining that. It is totally fine if I'm unsuitable for the position. However, it is not okay to not send a rejection email to an interviewee even after 3 months.

Question 1
Basics about the process, current skillset and motivation.
I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
