Spoke to a recruiter at a university career fair who convinced me to apply. A few weeks after submitting an application, received an email from the team lead, requesting a casual half-hour interview. If the interview went well, there would be a follow-up hour interview with other members of the team. No technical assessments. Unfortunately, they were specifically looking for someone with experience with chip data (which was not listed in the job description). In an email follow-up, I was told that while they deemed me qualified, another applicant had more experience in that particular area, so they were moving forward with that person instead.
