first 1 hour interview with HR scheduled both 1 hour interview with the potential team members and the day after the interview with the team manager. The day of the first interview with the team members, one of the people starts the interview in german despite no mention whatsoever of German in the job requirements. Had a nice conversation with the two team-members, the day after a few hours prior to the 3rd interview round they send a rejection email without stating anything specific.
