Interview
1st round is the design portfolio shortlisting round.
Then the shortlisted candidates have to go through several rounds of interviews with various Senior Designers and Product Managers
Design tasks were given on the spot and reviewed by all if the interviewers at each of the rounds
Final offer was made on the evaluation of all the above criteria.
