I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Microsoft (Indi, Karnataka) in Jan 2021
Interview
The Interview process was very well conducted, though it was literally hard. But still I attempted it. It consist of 6 rounds in all, 4 technical and 2 HR. I got out in 3rd round.

Question 1
Bit Wise manipulation program which consists of a lot of string manipulations as well
Walking into the technical round, I had an unexpected moment of déjà vu when I was asked to find the lowest common ancestor in a binary tree. It was just like the question I had practiced on prachub.com a few days earlier. The interview also included designing an LRU cache and reversing a linked list, which I felt comfortable with too. Overall, the process was smooth, starting with a recruiter screen and a couple of phone interviews. I received an offer, but ultimately decided to decline.
