Interview
Multiple people, 30 min - 1 hour each, very informative and friendly, about 4 in total. They all asked engaging questions about solving design problems that were interesting and informative, and required design knowledge to answer. Even if I did or did not get the position (I did get an offer, and accepted) the questions were not easy but not hard and were open ended. There was no "right" answer but answering it to the best of your design knowledge and ability was helpful.
