Interview
I live in Canada and was called by a recruited from the US. He asked me some general questions about why I would want to work there and what I can bring. The issues started when I asked him if there was opportunities for growth or training for other positions. He had no answer, fumbled with some explanations stating he 'thinks' there are but could not provide any specific answers. i stated I would ask the store in person. I asked about the time frame for a response and he stated that due to the number of applications if I don't here back from him to email him and see if the job is still available. Kind of a red flag.
I did email back and he replied he was still unsure after 4 days but I received a call for a in-person interview at the location. The interviewer set the time for 3 pm on a Sat. Not an issue. i arrived 5 mins early and the store manager did not know I was scheduled for an interview and had me wait and returned to confirm 2 or 3? It was 3 at that time...
He stated the interviewer was in the parking lot of the mall and would be in in a few minutes. Slightly odd that she would not be early to at least be prepared for the interview like I was. I waited for 10 more mins after being asked by numerous employees if I needed assistance with products, the store manager offered me a glass of water with still no apology. I waited 10 more mins and started to walk out stating to the manager the interviewer did not care about my time or the interview. The manager stated it was important and he could actually do the interview. Why did he not do it in the first place I asked myself walking out the door.
Waste of time.

super cool, met up in a store with a large set of people and was filtered into different interview rounds. Made us present why a partnered person would be a good hire.
Got an email from external HR. Did interview on the phone, and got rerouted to the store. They asked me to come in to the store to do interview and did 2 interviews there.
