Microsoft's on-site interview rounds are now done remotely. This process consists of 4 to 5 continuous interviews, held on the same day. The interviews are facilitated by two interviewers each.

Interview
Laid back - I was in a suit and tie, they were in hoodies and normal clothes. They were very personable and reasonable with the questions and it didn't feel like "stump the chump". They were looking for people with a baseline of networking and seems they felt confident they could teach the rest (which they did!).
