There are Three rounds, first round is a HR Screen 2nd is a video call with team lead 3rd is a video call with team member in same position 2nd and 3rd rounds are in parallel

The process is made up of two 45-minute interviews, each consisting of behavioral and open-ended questions to test your alignment to the company's competencies. Some questions may overlap but the interviewers prefer that you have a scenario prepared for each question and to answer using the STAR method.
