Interview
I applied in December and got an invitation to an OA in January. There was the initial online assessment, followed by 3 back to back 45 minute interviews. After the interview it took about three days and i got a response back.

Question 1
One of the questions i was asked was on string manipulation to compare timestamps and give the one closest to the answer.
Had two technical interviews on one day. one question was permutations the other has LC easy-medium. Interviewers were really nice, half of the interviews were talking about my resume and the projects I worked on.

Interview
oa followed by 2 interviews in 1 day online, was mostly lc easies or mediums at most, live coding tool used. Very friendly and nice interviewers, and perfection was not needed as I got only 80% of test cases on one exam
It went really well, still waiting on decision. I think that u should def grind the microsft leetcode problems. Overall my interviewer was really chill. Behavorial was easy as well.
