Interview
The interview was at Microsoft Ireland.
It started with a recruiter call, and later, an interview with the hiring manager. In between, I requested accessibility accommodation due to my speech difficulties.
Ultimately, I got rejected for the exact reasons listed in my accessibility accommodation request. In other words, Microsoft Ireland used the information against me. I asked for an explanation, and months later, they keep closing my tickets and refuse to answer my questions.
