Was working for sister-company, MidLand Mortgage and applied online. Got an email about a phone interview, next day was called by a rep out of Arizona and asked some pretty difficult questions about banking (hard if you have no banking experience) about 3 days after that I was invited to a in-person interview that was EASY compared to the phone interview.

The phone interview was around 30 minutes with the branch manager and another associate. They asked general questions about myself and why I was interested in Midfirst Bank.
