After my phone interview, the recruiter said that she will pass along my information and I will get a response within the week. After no response for a week, I emailed the recruiter. No response for another week. Called HR and they said that my application did not make it to the hiring manager's desk, so the HR person went ahead and forwarded it themselves. 2 months later, I get an email saying that position was no longer being filled.
