Initially the process was positive. I interviewed over the phone and then was asked to come in for a onsite interview at the Dayton location. The interview went well, and lasted about forty minutes. They asked me to explain previous projects I had done, and the thought processes behind them. I was given more information about the job, and told that I would be receiving a time and date for another onsite interview at the Versailles location. The next day I received an email titled “Onsite Interview Followup” only to find that the internal message said they had dropped me as a candidate.
