The interview was about 30 minutes long and with a tour of the facility. It was fairly quick and harmless and gave you a nice sense of what you were about to interview for.
Very informal. I was interviewed, then given a walk-through of the facility and immediately offered the job. The entire process took maybe half an hour and was as pleasant as possible. Kudos to the company for this.
