Very simple just submit your resume and call them within 3-4 days and the hiring manager asked questions about driving experience and what schedule would work for you. After your done the interview before you start you have to take a drug test.

I came in for the interview and the first thing the interviewer told me was how was my driving and would be comfortable driving huge cars. They asked if my driving record was good and I told them it was great. Then she went on to ask about what my schedule looked like and I told them I needed it to be very flexible and just like that she chose me for the job.
