Interview process was fine. Everything I was told was very positive and promising. Everyone that I met had on their happy face. I was told that there were major changes that needed to take place, that I would play a major role in those changes and that top management would be completely supportive. All very encouraging. The environment was quite different from what I was accustomed to but seemed promising based on what the interviewer told me.
