Overall, I didn't leave the process feeling good. The role was security focused. However, it wasn't specified that it was about physical security vs. digital security. Also, it the role was more focused on community management on the Facebook campus. They didn't sell the position. It seemed like they were more worn down by the situation. In an hour, they spent 40-minutes clarifying the position, and I spent five minutes discussing my qualifications. I went through the interview process until the end. I was told that two other candidates were being evaluated, and I would be notified about the result by the mid of the week. The recruiter followed-up to let me know it would be the end of next week that Friday. Then the recruiter called me that Friday to let me know that people were on vacation and now are back to make a decision. I never got a callback.
