Application was mainly composed of written compositions addressing their specific prompts. The interview was relatively quick....less than an hour. It was a one on one meeting. It was an overall good experience. Very organized and straight to the point.

Recruited from campus career fair. Applied online. Very straight forward - given a packet to follow. Asked questions that would show that you are a devoted merchant mariner.
The interview was a total joke. I spoke to my interviewer about what ports I traveled to while I was a cadet interning with the company. I can't even think of a way to legitimately describe this interview in 30 words without rambling on and being nonsensical
