I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Millennium Health (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
I applied through a recuiter at the Spring 2026 Districtwide Career Fair at San Diego City College in April. Because they were actively conducting interviews that week, she offered to interview me on the spot. The initial interaction felt very positive. She took my resume, noted she would input it into their system, and asked detailed questions about my relevant experience including my background dissecting and staining brain tissue. I also asked about tuition reimbursement, which she confirmed they offer. Unfortunately, the recruiter has completely ghosted me. I have not received any follow-up communication or updates regarding the position. It is incredibly disappointing to experience such a total lack of professional courtesy after interviewing and being promised a follow-up.
