Question 1
They majority of questions they asked are pretty general. They definitely drill down on "why do you want to work for Millennium Health?" They also asked what my sales style was, what my hardest job was, and can I take being told "No" on a daily basis.

Interview
I was scheduled for a screening phone call, and the recruiter failed to call. I sent an email and got a response 30 minutes later about why they didn't call and wanted to set another time. They never responded with a follow-up on a day that worked until a few days later. Phone screening was pushed back 30 minutes, and over the phone call, it felt rushed, and they didn't seem interested in interviewing me.

Interview
The interviewer was very rude and unwelcoming. To start, she asked me what I know about the company and said I'm wrong even though my answer was generally correct and aggressively decided to explain what they do. Then she ended that thought with, "do you understand?" as if I'm a child. For the other questions she asked, I could clearly tell from her tone that she did not like my answers and she kept asking me to repeat what I said in a different way. For example, she asked what I want to accomplish from this role which is a very vague question and I said I would like to deepen my skills in relationship building and support Millenium Health's mission. But she replied in a harsh tone saying that I didn't answer her question and asked again in a very sharp voice as if she was mad at me. Not to mention, the base salary is $50k which is extremely low for an AM role and I asked how compensation is earned but she replied "I don't understand what you are asking me. What is your question? Are you asking how compensation works?" or something along those lines...I immediately hung up the phone and decided that if the hiring manager is supposed to be my first introduction to what this company is like, I do not want to work for them. Be warned before applying to a job here.

Interview
I applied to the position through their website and got a call from their internal recruiter the next business day to schedule the initial screening. We scheduled the first formal interview for the following day before I was passed on to the next in-depth interview with the regional sales director 24 hours later. I was told by the recruiter and regional SD that I’d move on to an interview with their VP of Sales, but ran into scheduling issues before all communication stopped. I did not receive any status updates for two weeks following that, despite multiple attempts via phone and email. I wrote another follow up email to both the recruiter and sales director to which I got the response that they were working through their first round of interviews. Another two weeks went by so I let them know I’d be in town and could set aside time for an in-person meeting since all had been phone/virtual up to that point. I met in person with the same RSD and then did a virtual interview with the Territory Manager. About a week and a half later I was called by the recruiter and told they would not be moving forward with my candidacy, but that they did not have feedback as to why. I was told I would have feedback in the next couple of days and despite another direct email to the RSD to gain insight as to why I was not chosen to move forward, I still have not heard back and do not expect to. All of the personalities I had the chance to interact with were great, however, their interview process is severely broken and the candidate experience was a negative one.
