Radio silence from the recruiter and hiring manager for weeks, but on more than one occasion, the recruiter would reach out after two weeks of no communication. Naturally, this was frustrating and very unprofessional. They could have reached out to say, "Sorry for the delay" or "Hang in tight! We're working with internal departments on next steps." But they shared no update for weeks and weeks. It was a big old game of broken telephone.
