Why Millennium? and can you describe your background?
Had one video call with recruiter and then heard nothing from the team. 2 months later, they sent an email saying they had found someone for the role. Recruiter was too busy asking questions and typing in my answers, no eye contact throughout the interview.

Brief discussion on the importance of compliance and questions regarding any past experience with compliance at former positions. Also asked about my knowledge of compliance in general, and the importance of compliance at any company. Additionally, we discussed software programs that compliance departments use to sift through databases.
