Had a negative experience with their process. Went through the entire interview process- 75 min Hackerrank, a case study (they say it should take 1-2 hours) but it's more like 5-6 hours, and a final round with 4 interviews that were a mix of technical and behavioral. After the final round, they reached out to me in ~1 week to discuss an offer. The role expectations had changed, the salary was lower than previous expectations and after discussing a soft offer they rescinded it within a couple of hours (communicated it through my headhunter) and no longer responded to any communication. Very unprofessional and expected better from Millennium.
