No human interaction whatsoever during the beginning of the process. There is an 80-min programming test on Hackerrank and a data cleaning exercise after that which you can expect to spend several hours although they say it will take about 1 hour. In other words, it is just a one-way process not a two-way communication like a typical interview. Please do not waste your time here if you also want a company that values your time.
Hackerrank on a mix of common data science topics. Mainly coding in the first round, no theory questions. Definitely need to work fast. I would say a mix of python and sql.

Interview
First round is a online test with programming and database questions. Second round is a homework data project. Passed and move to 3rd round and 4th rounding, all are online interviews from analysts to hiring manager. Also a caliper test before 4th round. Both interviewers and HRs are friendly. The processing is transparency but long time. Be patient.
