One of the worst interview processes I've ever experienced. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn in April 2021 and the process moved very quickly through the first 2 rounds. Then there was an assessment and then a final round interview panel with 3 members of the firm. After that, there was radio silence from the recruiter. No yes, no no, just no answer. I followed up several times after that and they said they were still in the process. 2 months went by and still no update from the recruiter. I have heard from other people Millennium had ghosted them as well. Extremely unprofessional practice from a established firm, especially after 3 rounds of interviews.
