I submitted my CV through a headhunter and had a 30-minute phone call with someone from the Business Development team. They mentioned that they would circulate my CV to their hiring PMs, but I haven’t received any feedback yet.

I was reached out by a headhunter, saying they are hiring an experienced analyst with about 2 years market experience. We quickly move in to interview process, 4 rounds interview in 3 weeks. No technical questions, conversations are all about your market views, current or past good trading ideas, your covered sectors

I had a phone screening with somebody from business development. The screening went well and I was told I was a great fit for the role and I would hear back shortly. After 4 weeks I never heard back and my follow-up email was also ignored. I'm very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
