I had a disappointing experience during the interview process with Millennium. While the team seemed competent and professional, the recruitment process left much to be desired. After completing several rounds of interviews, which included significant time and effort, I reached the final stage only to be informed that they couldn’t meet my salary expectations. If salary expectations are a dealbreaker, it would be far more efficient and respectful to clarify this upfront. This would save both candidates and the company valuable time and effort. I hope Millennium considers revisiting their recruitment approach to ensure a smoother and more transparent experience for future candidates.
