30 - 45mins Video interview with a senior member of the team or maybe even HM to go over skills presented on the resume. Will probe very deep domain knowledge around SQL, Java, Unix or anything else appeared on your resume that also being used by them. No live coding / system design at least in this first tech screening but you better know well about everything listed on your resume.
