The process was thorough but well run. It included a phone screen, a few virtual interviews with product leaders, and a final on-site round. Conversations were conversational and focused more on how I think and approach problems rather than trick questions. The final round included multiple team members and a tour, which gave good visibility into the culture and day-to-day work. Overall, it felt like they were genuinely evaluating long-term fit, not just checking boxes. Communication was clear, though timelines required some patience.

Interview
Interview process was terrible. After a total of 4 interviews, a project for a span of 5 months, I had to follow up with them for them to advise that they went with someone senior for an associate entry level role. They didn’t hire anyone.
