Before having the interview I did some research and I read what the person below me wrote. I thought to myself “this person must have done something wrong or he/she was not qualified or is just a negative person and is writing a bad review”. But now I get where he/she is coming from. Yes, the recruiter actually makes you think that you are the person for the position and you will be hired. I had multiple conversations with the recruiter and I thought they went very well, which led to an hour long conference call with 2 other managers that asked simple questions and were very boring and had no personality. Never heard a word back and I’m kind of glad
