it has total three round of interview. First two round at my college and they took you to their headquarter for a tour and have a group interview. The first two round was pretty easy and they tell me I get into the next round right after the interview. They invited us to a hockey game the other day before the final round of interview. They also hold few information session at our school to introduce the program and also the long term promotion of this position. I think it is important to go to all of the information sessions to build a relationship with their staff. They would be really beneficial for you in the following round of interviews.
