Phone interview then onsite interview in 3 parts with three different people. Friendly, senior person not prepared. Casual atmosphere, but wear business attire. People enthusiastic, everyone was smiling. Things are changing rapidly so getting straight answer on process difficult. Cultural fit important to them. Facility clean, but kind of a maze. Seems informal but they are looking for some magic words. Not really great questions by senior person, didn't seem to read resume. Process 2 1/2 hours. Applied for job and didn't hear anything for months.
