The interview was over the phone because of covid restrictions. It went really well or so I thought but then I never heard back. They asked me about my previous experience, why I wanted to change jobs, etc.

Only the 1st round and they decided to hire from inside.
It was done online using Team, and lasted 20 minutes? Simple questions about myself and the posts, companies, etc. The recruiter was pretty friendly, overall it was not bad.
