A recruiter reached out to me 9 days after applying for the role. I then interviewed with the hiring manager about 8 days after that. The hiring manager was late to our interview. There was also radio silence for about 7 days after my interview, although I reached out to the recruiter twice without a response until an automated email was sent my way. The recruiter also continuously made unnecessary disclaimers throughout our discovery call in which they asked, "Are you SURE you know what this position entails?" and "Do you fully understand what we deal with here?"
