Interview
The process started with email, then moved on to a Skype interview with a few programming questions. Standard iteration through lists, etc. The process then moved on to a homework problem, that included utilizing the companies API to complete a specific task. There was then another Skype interview. Then finally an in person interview that was more of a culture check than an actual interview.

Fiquei genuinamente animado para me candidatar a uma vaga na Mindbody, especialmente porque a descrição da vaga destacava que eles buscavam a pessoa certa, não uma lista perfeita de requisitos. Infelizmente, o processo foi totalmente o oposto do que prometeram. Minha candidatura foi recusada quase que instantaneamente, sem sequer uma entrevista ou qualquer tipo de conversa — o que indica fortemente um filtro automatizado baseado em "checklist".
É decepcionante ver empresas pregando abertura e flexibilidade em sua cultura, mas mantendo processos de seleção rígidos e opacos. Se a proposta é valorizar pessoas acima da perfeição, o processo de recrutamento precisa refletir isso. Caso contrário, parece apenas marketing vazio.
Interview process was long. Had 3 technical interviews and a couple of cultural fit interview. Regarding the technical ones, one was focused on algorithms, other as system and design and the last one was simulation of a PR review. The cultural ones were pretty standard.

I had this first interview scheduled, with HR. One minute to start the meeting (I already was waiting at meeting channel), I received a last minute notice to reschedule it. After that I sent two e-mails with available days and times, But with no response. 100% ghosted.
