I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody in Apr 2024
Interview
Nothing but absolutely human, polite, professional and exciting to go through. I had a challenging but really joyfull experience running through the whole process (fun fact: I did it twice because I denied it the first time, so I can tell for sure how it is haha).

Question 1
How do you handle an environment where everything can change in a short time?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied through Mindbody's website. A recruiter reached out to me about a week later for a quick phone interview. Immediately following the phone interview, I was asked to complete a CCAT and personality assessment. After completing those, an in person interview was scheduled. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
The in person interview was considered a "final interview", however I only met with the direct hiring manager. He asked very basic interview questions and proclaimed that he loved each of my answers, although he honestly seemed a little checked out. I received a form rejection email a few days later.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
One phone interview and two in-person interviews. Behavior questions mostly and a small role-play test. The interviews asked a lot of questions about my background and how it related to sales.
