Mindbody Sales Associate interview questions

Overall the interview process was pretty straight forward. Its best to apply through a jobvite posted from a friend because they get so many applications a day. It was a two step interview process. The initial screening was a phone call that lasted approximately 30 minutes. At the end of the phone call I was asked to come in for an in person interview with the same guy who performed my phone interview. The in person interview lasted less than 10 minutes and it pretty much just went over everything on my resume.

The sales manager's goal during the interview is to see if you are acquainted with Mindbody software and how you can pitch it to prospective target markets. He/she will also ask you different ways to face rejection when cold calling.
