The process has 3 phases, in the first one, you need to do an online test, this is relatively easy. In the second phase it was an on office interview and that's the real one. It may vary the time, but for it was about 1.30h or 2h, can't remember anymore. The interviewers will ask questions and increase the level of difficulty until you reach your limit, that will give them the level that you're are and the respective range salary. The last phase was online to make an offer and explain the details
