Mostly the interview consists of wanting to get to know you as a counselor, and then sell you on the idea of having someone do all the admin for you, so that you can focus on clients. Which, if that is what you are looking for, great! If it isn't, then this wouldn't be a good fit. I felt like even though I asked questions, I didn't really get a good sense of the obligation I would be under to them.
